Why a Motivated Teacher is Essential for a Successful Classroom

Years ago, I helped build 

the world’s largest network

of Smart classes,
and yet,
what I truly discovered
was not in the technology.

That experience opened my eyes
to something deeper.
How everything around
a student influences
what kind of human
they become,
not just how much they know.

After all, we don’t just
go to school
to collect knowledge.
We go there to understand life.

Later, I led the
#MyDream project
with UNESCO MGIEP and
Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya - JNV , another powerful reminder
of what truly shapes learning.

And as part of Launchspace,
we travelled across India,
conducting #DesignThinking workshops
in hundreds of schools and colleges.
Those journeys
led to the birth of UNBOX.
It is our effort to bring creativity
and curiosity back into classrooms.

Through all of it,
one truth stood tall:

The Teacher
is the most powerful technology
in education.

Ages ago,
the heart of every Gurukul
was its Guru.
Even today,
the core of every school
remains the same.
Not the screens,
not the curriculum,
not even the infrastructure.
But the inspired teacher
who makes learning come alive.
